A project manager delivering complete solutions or managing significant components of larger, more complex projects. Delivers project(s) outcomes with the desired benefits on time, on budget, and to specifications - following the appropriate methodology. May supervise others directly or indirectly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Ensures completion of feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyses and business benefits for proposed projects. Presents a recommendation related to project feasibility and resource requirements.

2. Establishes project scope with business representatives and/or Business Analysts.

3. Develops project plans, manages resources, the project schedule and budget to meet deliverables. Maintains all reporting requirements as needed.

4. Leads the project team through the project lifecycle, using appropriate approach (e.g. agile, waterfall)

5. Assesses and manages project risks for assigned projects. Creates and implements risk mitigation plans to reduce project risk.

6. Interfaces with customers and management to manage expectations, provide status updates on project and discuss concerns. Is accountable for ensuring resolution of concerns/issues.

7. Participates in the development of RFP/RFI process.

8. Ensures appropriate involvement of Bank, other internal stakeholders and external resources according to organizational policy, such as Compliance, Information Security, and Operations.

9. Actively manages the execution of the project, including assigning work to project staff, managing project scope and project finances, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

10. Manages changes to project scope, schedule and budget using appropriate validation techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes. Facilitates client acceptance of changes and their impact.

11. Formalizes final acceptance and closure for the project based on satisfactory achievement of outcomes from the sponsor/client.

12. Leads feedback sessions such as post-mortems and/or retrospectives.

13. Ensures the development and execution of organizational change management plan to support the effective implementation of the project.

14. Ensures appropriate involvement and integration of multiple teams and vendors as required.

15. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
