Position Summary Details

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for an Industrial Building Operator in Lincoln, AL.

Essential Functions

  • Starts, stops, and operates Facilities industrial equipment.

  • Takes readings and balances equipment throughout plant by monitoring computerized control system and walk downs of equipment.

  • Monitors plant conditions and controls temperature and humidity levels throughout plants.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management System, chillers, boilers, air compressors, AHUs, HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, chemical treatment systems, piping and fluid systems, pumps, valves, lighting systems, and other facilities equipment.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to work independently.
