Description and Requirements

This Sales Account Rep will be responsible for covering opportunities, selling the benefits of the infrastructure solutions of Lenovo products, and selling against the competition, successfully executing enterprise selling strategy for CA territory.

The Sales Account Rep will be responsible for successfully achieving sales targets (quota) including weekly forecasts. The focus will be on relationship sales to retain, develop and acquire end-user accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for territory planning to increase solutions sales growth and expand market share, evaluating and adjusting strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets.

  2. Understand assigned territory and business partner’s environment; apply knowledge of Lenovo solutions to help clients and business partners to meet their business objectives.

  3. Full corporate account management, identifying business opportunities, achieving assigned financial/non-financial goals, and opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ within assigned clients and business partners.

  4. Will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.

  5. Under minimum direction, develops commercial relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners’ business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

· BA Degree in Administration, Marketing, or similar careers

· 5 - 7 years relevant experience in account management (enterprise / corporate sales – preferred data center industry)

· Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment.

· Successful candidates will have English communication skills.

Skills :

· Proven ability to penetrate, acquire and transition sales opportunities.

· Client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality

· Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must)

· Strong organizational and planning skills and a working knowledge of the IT Industry

· Analytical Thinking and problem resolution oriented.

· High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with little supervision).
