All-Temp Refrigeration Residential HVAC Service Technician in Lima, Ohio

*Job Duties: * 

  • Diagnose service and repair forced-air furnaces, residential air conditioning systems and whole house humidifiers.  
  • Water heater and boiler experience.  
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.  
  • Educate customers on options to repair, update, clean and replace HVAC equipment.   

Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of residential service experience. All candidates will be required to have a valid Driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience in residential, commercial and service. Must have your own basic tools. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and precision in their work. 

A person applying for this job should be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds; be able to push/pull/manipulate heavier items when using appropriate tools and/or additional manpower; carry ladders; and be comfortable with heights and tight crawl spaces. 

Compensation: Salary is competitive in the industry and will be based upon individual experience.
