Nickles Bakery Production Associates/Machine Operators in Lima, Ohio

Nickles Bakery is currently hiring Production Associates & Machine Operators.

Starting Wage: 

  • Production Associates $15.50 per hour
  • Machine Operators: $16.75 per hour
  • New Hire Bonus Available

Summary: 

  • Entry level and skilled positions for production jobs
  • Responsible for various assigned manual labor skills including the moving, grasping, lifting, placing, and stacking of items relating to the production and finish process
  • Identifies, counts, sorts, and inspects items

  • Maintains workflow from conveyors. Operates equipment as assigned

     

Physical and Mental Requirements: 

  • Must be capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to handle ingredients, pans, products, pallets, racks, trays, packaging material, etc.
