Stoops Freightliner Heavy Duty Diesel Technician in Lima, Ohio
Summary:

Essential Functions:
- Repair and maintain customer equipment using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and examine parts for defects and excessive wear; repair engine/driveline/ABS-related issues utilizing sound mechanical knowledge and computer-based diagnostic programs
- Perform routine maintenance checks including inspecting brake system, wheel bearings, electrical system, and air system
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a technician
- Ability to display knowledge of diesel and gas engines
- Ability to display knowledge of repair procedures
