White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a Call Center Coordinator for our growing Service Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling prospective customers to generously inquire information on their vehicle
  • Scheduling Service appointments which leads to dealership growth
  • Assisting Service Advisors in developing relationships with customers that will leave a lasting impression
  • Updating customer information in our database

Qualifications:

  • Upbeat, bubbly personality is required
  • Customer Service experience is preferred
  • CRM knowledge is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
  • Must have valid Driver's License
  • Must be insurable

Full time position only.  Hourly plus commission. Some Saturdays.
