Coleman Health Services Administrative Support in Lima, Ohio

Coleman Health Services is seeking a part time (benefited)/full-time customer service-oriented person to provide front desk coverage for behavioral health offices in Allen County, Ohio.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

 

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers
  • Notifying staff of client arrival
  • Triaging calls
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments
  • Customer service
  • Medical records
  • Accessing reports
  • Distributing mail
  • Performing other general office duties

     

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations
  • Must have one-year related experience as telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
