Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service ? Maintain awareness of sales, anticipate production needs ? Stock product, maintain full display cases ? Evaluate and verify bakery product quality is to Company standard ? Perform department housekeeping ? Answer telephones ? Take cake orders ? Comply with corporate policies ? Promote and follow Company initiatives ? Comply with all safety guidelines and standards ? Perform cashier functions ? Sample product ? Use public announcement to draw customers to department ? High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or combination of relevant education and experience ? Minimum 18 years of age/19 years of age in Idaho ? Ability to pass drug test ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift, and work overtime as needed ? Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects ? Familiarity with bakery terms and processes ? Ability to work within set time frames Desired Previous Job Experience: ? Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure ? Customer service experience ? Related retail experience
