Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategy and Operations Analyst. This role will be instrumental in supporting the strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our D/Cipher organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and refining the strategic roadmap and business objectives for D/Cipher.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive growth and scalability.
  • Monitor and track KPIs related to business performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program management frameworks to ensure effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or program management is a plus but not required.

Pay Range

Salary: $70,000 - $82,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees.
