Job Description

  1. PERFORM ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION AND TESTING OF ALL PROCURED COMPONENTS, SUB-ASSEMBLIES AND RAW MATERIALS AS REQUIRED.

  2. PERFORM FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CUSTOMER SPARE PARTS ORDERS.

  3. COMPLETE ALL APPLICABLE FORMS RELATED TO THE INSPECTION PROCESS.

  4. FOLLOW ALL DOCUMENTED PROCEDURES AND BEST INSPECTION PRACTICES.

ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS:

  1. MUST BE PREPARED TO UNDERSTAND AND PERFORM QUALIFICATIONS OF RECEVIED FABRICS, MATERIALS AND OTHER SUPPLIES.

  2. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

TO ACCOMPLISH THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EACH ESSENTIAL DUTY SATISFACTORILY. CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE ABILITY TO READ, ANALYZE, AND INTERPRET SAFETY RULES, OPEARTING AND MAINTENENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, GENERAL BUSINESS CORRESPONDANCE, TECHNICAL PROCEDURE, PROCEDURE MANUALS AND GOVERMENT REGULATIONS. CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO ADD, SUBTRACT, MULTIPLY AND DIVIDE IN ALL UNITS OF MEASURE, USING WHOLE NUMBERS, COMMON FRACTIONS AND DECIMALS. ABILITY TO COMPUTE RATE, RATIO AND PERCENT AND TO DRAW AND INTERPRET BAR GRAPHS. CANDIDATE ALSO NEED THE ABILITY TO DEFINE PROBLEMS, COLLECT DATA, ESTABLISH FACTS AND DRAW VALID CONCLUSIONS.
