Location: Remote with the eventual plan to return to the office (depending on COVID restrictions).

NOTE: Must go to the office to pick up their equipment (151 Corley Mill Road Lexington, South Carolina USA, 29072)

Payrate: $16.00

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Extension possible: Yes

Will they be working a rotational schedule: Yes

Overtime or weekends required: hours of 7am-7pm - 7 days a week.

This role is specificity to help us with password volume but could expand out to learning more skills in the future if the candidate excels which would move them into a 7/24 shift

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Role of this Posting is a Gap Coverage Password Agent.

  • Provides technology-based customer service phone support and conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents and requests, working with technology groups, to resolve within established time frames.

  • Provides front line customer service support to clients on a broad range of issues

  • Assesses level of knowledge of caller and translates information when providing assistance

  • Integrates all sources of information when providing assistance to clients

  • Makes independent decisions within generally defined parameters

  • Must strive to meet established Key Performance Indicators

  • Ability to type 30 words per minute

  • Must be available to work some nights and weekends

MUST HAVE:

1.) Telephone Customer Service Skills and People skills

2.) MS office skills

3.) Previous call center experience

4.) Excellent communication & written skills

5.) Ability to type at least 30 words per minute

NICE TO HAVE

1.) IT Helpdesk experience

2.) Technical degree and/or IT Certification preferred.

3.) General knowledge and understanding of PC hardware and components.

EDUCATION:

High school education required.

0-2 years of related experience.

Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred
