Job Summary

Local Lexington SC Site Contractor is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreman/Superintendent for installation of water, sewer and storm drainage systems.

  • Pipe crew foreman will be responsible for directing a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans

  • Candidate will need experience in laying pipe as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment.

  • This is a working foreman's position which means the foreman will be operating heavy equipment for the production of the work as well as supervising and directing other members of the crew in their duties for the installation.

  • Candidate should be familiar with specifications and regulations and have the ability to read plans to build the jobs.

  • This position will also include the responsibility of keeping of daily work reports and records of production as well as the working hours of the crew members for payroll purposes.

    This is a salaried position based on a 45-50 hour work week

    This position includes a company vehicle therefore a drivers license and acceptable driving record is required. Majority of work is in the Columbia/Lexington area.

    Relocation assistance may be provided to qualified candidates.

    Requirements

    Experience in Heavy Equipment Operation

    Valid Driver’s License
