Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Weapon Systems Integration (WSI) Analyst. Essential Job Functions of this Position: Ausley is seeking WSI expertise for an ACAT 1 NAVAIR program that is driving requirements definition, resource allocation, acquisition (contracting) and logistics support for TACAIR and/or UAV platform(s). The WSI will apply system engineering principles, expertise and experience to WSI efforts for an ACAT 1 NAVAIR program. Candidate will be responsible for planning and executing Governmental oversight of a series of major DoD acquisition program proceeding through all acquisition gates. As a result, candidate needs substantial experience with Systems Engineer Technical Review (SETR) process. Specific responsibilities include evaluating contractor plans, designs, analysis and products and providing Governmental leads detailed systems engineering insight within the SETR framework. Additional responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting of contractor progress within an earned value management (EVM) context. The WSI Analyst will also provide Test and Evaluation expertise for an ACAT 1 NAVAIR Program. Assist in the development and execution of test plans during different phases of the acquisition lifecycle with multiple capability stakeholders. Assist in the coordination, analysis, and management of test efforts to include but not limited to Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), contractor test plans, Functional Requirements Documents, Operational Assessments, Developmental Test, and Operational Test. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and information relating to F/A-18 Type Model Series (TMS) aircraft and/or weapon product acquisition programs.Will also participate as a member of and/or support specifics Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience Bachelorandrsquo;s degree from an accredited institution and fifteen (15) years of related, relevant experience is required. Must have experience on an acquisition team with either platform or weapon systems actively undergoing developmental and platform integration. Must also have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
