VectorCSP Program Analyst, Journeyman (PMA-271 PM MAC) in Lexington Park, Maryland

Job Summary:

Manage and analyze all aspects of procurement and budget requirements. Work as a contributing member of an IPT to support program objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS 3 to 10 Years Experience OR

  • Associates Degree with 2 additional years relevant experience OR

  • 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree.

    Essential Duties:

  • Use the PMT to develop and manage PIDs.

  • Coordinate and prepare Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC's)

  • Generation, route, and track Procurement Planning Agreements (PPAs).

  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.

  • Collect, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and programs.

  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • Analyze and evaluate acquisition strategies and planning processes and provide input and recommendations.

  • Facilitate and track spend plans, funding documents, and data calls associated with the PPBS.

    Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Products, Roxio, AutoCAD, Visio, and Adobe Pro.
