Junior Logistics Administrative Analyst

KBR is seeking a Junior Logistics Administrative Analyst to join our Team!

This position supports PMA-265 FMS Kuwait F/A-18 Program, NAVAIR Head Quarters in Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will support the FMS F/A-18 customer and will provide administrative and logistics support services to the USN FMS IPT for the F/A-18.

Note: This is not a remote position.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative/Logistics support to the Kuwait APMLs.

  • Draft, review correspondence for the Kuwait Logistics Team.

  • Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more basic programs using established procedures.

  • Assists in developing logistics plans to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

  • Assists in conducting distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

  • Assists with developing plans to include budgets and schedules to meet contract and logistics requirements.

  • Monitor and updates action Items (Request from information from the foreign customer).

  • R eview and processes Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Logistics Team.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field with no experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 8 years of progressive experience in a related field.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.

  • Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Power Point and outlook.

  • Prior experience achieving time-sensitive objectives is preferred.
