CRL Technologies Inc IME Project Systems Engineer in Lexington Park, Maryland

Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the US Army Integrated Mission Equipment (IME) Project team in architecting, design and implementation of innovative integration approaches and technologies.
  • Participate in technical planning of integration strategy considering airworthiness and cybersecurity.
  • Provide engineering and system support to the IME Project.
  • Provide support in analyzing proposals, designs, and solutions against architectural requirements.
  • Document design processes, fabrication parameters and lessons learned, and provide technical writing support to draft reports and technical documentation.

Tasks Performed:

  • Coordinate with other technical staff on the IME Project and at Fort Eustis, VA, Huntsville, AL and other US Army locations.
  • Provide engineering support for executing the IME systems engineering process to include reviewing technical requirements, generating architectural requirements, participating in technical reviews, and evaluating technical solutions.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics (MBSE experience a plus) and four (4) years of relevant experience.

Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Six (6) years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; Associate's Degree plus four (4) years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Travel as required to coordinate and conduct IME Project activity.
  • Assist in issues related to airworthiness certification and generation of required airworthiness artifacts.
  • Generate other technical writing/documentation and/or review technical documentation.

Security Clearance Required:Secret Clearance

Estimated Travel:10-25%
