What We Offer * 401(K) * Paid Holidays * Paid Vacation * FREE Medical plan (employee only) * Health, Dental and Vision insurance at group rates * Basic Life Insurance * Accident and Critical Illness insurance * Growth opportunities * Competitive pay plans * Strayer Degrees at work   Responsibilities * Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. * Receive repair estimate. * Communicate with staff on parts status. * Communicate with staff in a friendly and professional manner. * Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts. * Reviews estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. * Bill out parts on body shop repair order * Check parts in and inspect for damage. * Schedule and keep track of parts returned and core returns and verify credit has been received. * Deliver parts to technicians. * Store parts on shelves. * Provides high level service to internal and external customers. * Notifies Body Shop manager of paint or shop materials that need immediate attention. * Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary. * Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. * Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
