Inspired Heights Foreman - Construction & Steeplejack in Lexington, Mississippi

This is a position for a working crew foreman for a nationwide Church Restoration and Steeplejack Company located in Yazoo City.

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team. While direct experience with church and steeple work is not required (we provide training), we are looking for a construction professional with strong leadership skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate church restoration and steeplejack projects, including planning, execution, and quality control. Oversee project safety procedures, including working at heights, to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project objectives and timelines. Inspect church structures and steeples, identify necessary repairs, and develop restoration plans. Travel to project sites around the country and work comfortably at elevated heights. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment, promoting personal and professional growth among team members.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to work at heights and travel to project sites. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn about church restoration and steeplejack work. Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
