ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a key team member in COBS, the Senior Analyst, CRM Business Solutions will be engaged in transformative initiatives. The Specialist, Field Platforms is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellence within the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) for an assigned Therapeutic Area/Business Unit.

Product launch experience in the Life Sciences industry is particularly valuable, as well as the ability to act as a liaison, and effectively partner with key business stakeholders, IT implementation team, and other integrated stakeholder groups (Field Sales Reporting, MDM, Data Management, Marketing, Compliance, and Home Office Reporting).

This is primarily a business-facing (and user-facing) role, requiring the ability to build strong relationships and speak "business" and "technology" to the appropriate audiences. The ideal candidate will need the ability to identify gaps, know when to leverage technical expertise for execution, and focus on achieving functional goals.

Strong written and oral communications skills are a must, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests at once under potentially aggressive timelines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the development, launch and continued improvement of the CRM Platform for respective business unit(s).

  • Develops accurate, complete requirements, transforming these potentially complex business “asks” into value- add business (system and process) solutions/capabilities.

  • Develops business unit specific plans/roadmaps, utilizing inputs from various sources (vendor metrics/KPIs, Field Surveys, and business unit contacts). Responsible for the measurement (KPIs) for these plans.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for issues and questions relating to CRM. Uses deep knowledge and expertise of the respective systems to be able to effectively answer questions, provide support, and ensure quality and adoption.

  • Responsible for supporting the day to day CRM operational processes,ensuring quality CRM data and CRM functionality for assigned Business Unit(s). Responsible for identifying stakeholders, risks, opportunities (e.g. performance improvements) and make recommendations as needed.

  • Effectively manages vendor relationships, ensuring that timelines and data quality are maintained.

  • Executes UAT scripts for both the CRM platform, as well as overall Data Validation for CRM.

  • Creates documentation and training materials, and will conduct training for new hires, launches, and releases as needed.

  • Participates in two-way Vendor partnerships that result in increasing operational efficiencies and better services.

  • Actively engages in personal development plans and training to build expertise and achieve business objectives.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum BS/BA degree with MS/MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, immunology, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries.

  • Ability to set priorities for themselves to deliver on deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and skills necessary to engage across a team

  • Ability to demonstrate strategic and critical thinking, as well as problem solving skills

  • Organizational, planning and project management skills

  • Ability to build health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry desired.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$84,000.00 - $132,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
