Responsibilities Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays totalling 20+ hours per week Flawless execution of serving a variety of food and coffee, espresso, and tea beverages Warmly welcome customers and maintain excellent and consistent customer service Educate customers if needed with thorough understanding of the menu Basic inventory management with regards to beans, supplies, and food Maintains a safe and pristinely clean and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations Consistent attendance and punctuality Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift High-level knowledge of the art within the gallery, or the ability to loop in the gallery manager on duty when needed Summary of Experience High school diploma, or equivalent 3+ years of cafe or coffee shop experience ServSafe certification a plus
