Solar Energy Solutions Software Implementation Specialist in Lexington, Kentucky

Solar Energy Solutions, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Implementation Specialist to join our Lexington Kentucky in office team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, implementing, and integrating software solutions for our company. The role requires a deep understanding of software systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders for training. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that will shape the future of our industry.

Requirements

Deploy and manage software solutions to ensure continued growth.

Provide Training for employees.

Assist with system upgrades and migrations.

Develop and maintain documentation for software deployment and IT processes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Conduct thorough testing of the implemented software to identify and resolve issues.

Ensure the quality and reliability of the software before and after deployment.

Maintain accurate records of configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.

Collaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex technical challenges.

Required Skills:

Experience in software deployment and management.

Strong knowledge of network and server administration.
