Physical Requirements
The essential functions of this position will require: regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 10 lbs; and intermittent (10 - 50% of the time) job-related travel.

Job Summary
The research coordinator will supervise members of the Oasis Research Group under the guidance of the principal investigator, Dr. Brittany Smalls.

As the primary point of contact for the research team, the research coordinator will assist with ensuring various research projects are conducted according to protocols approved by the funding agency; ensure that all studies adhere to regulatory requirements; assist with scholarly activities, such as grant writing and submission, manuscript preparation, and conference presentations; community networking; and assist with coordinating research experiences for students and trainees.
