We will test approaches to examine the interplay between fibroblasts, macrophages and T cells in order to examine therapeutic targets. Human primary cell culture and mouse models will be used to examine immune phenotypes and develop new drug studies. Experience with mouse work, flow cytometry, and immune cell analysis is preferable.The candidate will receive training and mentorship for career development and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop new skills and translational approaches to tumor immunology.
