Physical Requirements
Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs;
Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation
for extended periods; Repetitive motion.
May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or
weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from
various job sites

Multiple Shifts Needed:

7:30am – 4:15pm;
3:30pm – 12:15am;
11:30pm – 7:45am

Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may include some nights(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems in an assigned area.

There is currently more than one position open for the Maintenance Technician II. To be considered for each position, you must apply for each position. One application will not be considered for all positions.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience with building and equipment maintenance. Ability to work different
shifts and overtime as needed.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
Driver’s License is preferred.
