Also provides assistance with inventory control which may include shipping and/or receiving goods and equipmen which may include shipping and/or receiving goods and equipment. _ Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM plus rotating on-call schedule._ _ Key Accountabilities_ 1. To perform work assigned by supervision. 2. To collect, compile and record equipment data, involving some use of pc or mobile device based documentation and test equipment. 3. To perform work necessary in the maintenance of production facilities and equipment. The individual must have a working knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment to include, but not limited to, multi-meters, ammeters, and calibrators. The individual will also perform work on low and medium voltage equipment, pumps, electric motors, ariable frequency drives, motor control centers, SCADA systems, recorders, mechanical /electrical / hydraulic /electronic valves and operators, electronic monitoring and output devices, ultrasonic and radar level reading devices, air compressors, blowers, communication equipment, diesel generators and engines, and various types of plumbing. 4. To read and interpret electrical/electronic and mechanical drawings, prints, schematics, layouts, etc. They will be familiar with and proficient in the use of electrical/electronic test equipment 5. Responsible for routine checks of equipment, facilities, and security measures as deemed appropriate by the organization / supervisor. 6. To assist other employees in the performance of their work. 7. To report to supervisor requirements for adequate inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. 8. To maintain open communication with all team members. 9. To be on rotating call with other personnel and work overtime as required. 10. To inform other work areas and other personnel of situations which affect company operations. 11. To follow all federal, state, local and company regulations and policies. _ Knowledge/Skills_ * Knowledge of basic math calculations such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, & volume. * Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as MS Word, MS Excel and be able to utilize mobile devices proficiently (tablets, smart phones, etc) _ Experience/Education_ * High school graduate or state recognized educational equivalency required. * A degree or certificate from a two-year course of study in electricity/ electronics (or related field) and or Masters Electricians license; or at least six (6) years experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, testing and calibrating electrical and electronic equipment. * Applicant must score at or above the national average on provided assessment testing. * Valid drivers license required with the ability to pass background check. _ Work Environment_ 1. Must be able to satisfactorily pass company’s physical examination. 2. Must be able to perform such activities as walking, stooping, lifting 75 pounds, climbing, working in damp spaces, working in closed spaces, working outdoors in all weather conditions, working on and around water treatment chemicals and feed systems with appropriate safety devices and measures. 3. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. 4. Must be able to distinguish colors. 5. Must be able to obtain Hepatitis vaccine upon employment. 6. Must be able to follow company dress and conduct codes. 7.
