Description We are inviting applications for the role of Financial Analyst III within our healthcare-focused organization, based in Lexington, Kentucky. The role involves providing critical analytical insights and strategic recommendations to support financial decision-making within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for healthcare operations.

• Analyze financial data including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making by senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and clinical departments to gather relevant financial information and insights.

• Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

• Conduct financial performance evaluations of healthcare programs, services, and initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

• Support financial audits and regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and reporting requirements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and financial best practices, applying knowledge to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing financial expertise and analytical support to drive organizational growth and success.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, Finance. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with CapEx is required

• Must have a thorough understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is necessary

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software is a plus

• Proficiency in About Time software is preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is required

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is a necessity

• Experience in Expense Reporting is essential

• Must have a solid background in Finance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required

• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
