Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals with previous factory experience to join our team as Factory Production Associates. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed.

  • Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
