Infinite Electronics International, Inc Operations Manager in Lewisville, Texas
Position Description:
The Operations Manager will build comprehensive systems and streamline internal operations to support our growth.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Infinite Electronics, Inc., Warehousing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments through the design, development, and implementation of systems, processes, and developing staff. In addition, the Operations Manager will be expected to provide leadership that will invoke a culture of teamwork, quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactive and diligent in continually identifying and exploring ways to improve Infinite’s operations and facilities.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of Procurement and Supply Chain for warehouse supplies and needs.
Manage vendor deliveries, quality issues, inventories, lead times, costs, and non-conformance.
Establish an organizational structure by assigning responsibilities; delegating authority; recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Oversee warehousing and logistics teams.
Working knowledge of applicable material handling equipment (PIV, forklifts, automated conveyors, etc.)
Ensure accuracy of parts inventory
Maintain, review and complete employee online payroll record keeping.
Develop and implement operations financial strategies, including budgets and cost controls.
Recommend changes to existing policies necessary to improve the performance and profitability.
Establish quality standards, methods, facilities, policies, and procedures.
Create and revise systems and procedures.
Maintains warehousing and logistics staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Continual improvement of the quality management systems effectiveness through eliminating waste and implementing process improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a proficient working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and demonstrated ability to learn other software as necessary.
Management experience in warehouse, order fulfillment and distribution operations.
Experience in logistics and supply chain.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in developing successful strategies for business growth.
Practical knowledge of Traditional manufacturing as well as Lean manufacturing and “kaizens”
Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Ability to complete tasks individually as well as work in a team environment.
Good analytical skills, effective problem identification and resolution skills
Must be able to provide outside support during normal business hours including nights and weekends.
Ability to collaborate and cooperate with various internal and external departments within the organization.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience in a leadership role of a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
Reports To: Senior Director of Operations
Physical Job Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending while training and working in the production area.
Constantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Frequently must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Environment : Work environment is typically an office and warehouse environment located on-site during normal or extended business hours.
