Full Time - Entry Level

Starting Wage: $19 - $22 p/h

Overview

Responsible for assisting across multiple program areas including event coordination, development, communications, project management, strategic thinking and office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned by management

  • Assist with processing mail, filing, bookkeeping, data entry and office supplies requests

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • MAC OS, PC, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills

  • Detail-oriented and team player

Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, some college courses preferred.

Experience : No prior experience required.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Working Conditions : Office Environment.
