Overview

Responsible for performance of the division in relation to timely achievement of business objectives, following policies and adhering to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for meeting all budgetary guidelines to include revenue projections, expenses, and payroll as a percentage of revenue.

  • Provides leadership to division personnel with respect to employee, business, and ethical issues.

  • Responsible for achieving projected sales results.

  • Responsible for effectively managing business relations with clients and customers.

  • Responsible for effectively managing division administrative requirements.

  • Responsible for effectively managing and supervising division personnel to ensure a cohesive and effective teamwork environment.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high awareness of Account Executive customer and client activity.

  • Responsible for consistently evaluating Account Executives and providing feedback to enhance performance.

  • Responsible for ensuring that office employees are performing effectively.

  • Responsible for ensuring expenses levels meet Company objectives.

  • Responsible for seeking opportunities for business growth.

  • Responsible for working effectively with Regional Vice President, and Market Managers to achieve optimum business results.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with business associates.

  • Responsible for cultivating a positive environment for teamwork, including a positive atmosphere recognizing the diverse nature of the workforce.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and/or related experience/training

Experience: 5-7 Years industry experience to CPG and/or grocery/retail

Other Functions: Well developed leadership skills, industry networks and relationships, sales strategy and planning, strategic thinking

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : None.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.

Other Functions : PC knowledge and skills in Word, Excel, and E-mail.

Work environment : Office environment.

Physical Demands: Agility to travel and attend multiple offices and/or retail stores

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
