Responsibilities

Mental Health Outcomes (MHO) (www.mhoutcomes.com) is the leading company in the design and implementation of custom outcomes measurement focused solely on behavioral health programs. Our mission is to support behavioral health care quality for recipients and providers through clinical outcomes benchmarking. Mental Health Outcomes works with a large number of freestanding psychiatric hospitals and acute care hospital programs nationwide. We achieve our mission through providing processes, data and analytics/research designed to improve clinical practice and provide decision makers with the ability to assess the impact of system changes on outcomes and quality of care. MHO is seeking a full-time Data Quality Specialist.

This position is non-remote, working 40 hours each week in our Lewisville, TX office .

This is an ENTRY LEVEL position.

The Data Quality Specialist is responsible for overall management of incoming data collected from clients. Primary tasks include tracking incoming data for completeness, auditing/monitoring/cleaning data for errors, producing standard reports to meet delivery targets, and providing CQI+ customer support. The Data Quality Specialist's Core Functions are:

Review and audit standard reports.

Review, verify, or correct data identified as problematic through various methods and personnel.

Monitor completeness of data and timely communicate problems to client appointed staff.

Produce and distribute standard reports to meet targets for customer delivery.

Assist with production of client deliverables as needed.

Perform as a team member within MHO providing knowledge and insight into data practices.

Qualifications

Education, Certification/Licensure, and/or Experience

High School degree.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, health administration, statistics, or related fields , preferred.

Experience in health related and administrative fields helpful

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Experience with SQL preferred
