C.Level

  1. Safety - complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department including the use of personal protective equipment.
  2. Must maintain good housekeeping in their assigned areas.
  3. Must show the ability learn how to properly lace-up the equipment they have been assigned to.
  4. Must show the ability to learn all future tasks of the job, and show continuous improvement throughout training process.
  5. Must be able to identify and use basic hand tools.
  6. Must show the ability to do basic math. This is to include: adding, subtraction, division and multiplication.
  7. Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16".
  8. Must be able to locate all E-stops on the machine on which they are being trained on, and must show how to activate all those E-stops.
  9. Must show a basic understanding of P.H. and viscosity.
  10. Must be able to perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System.
  11. Must demonstrate active participation in Company's Stretching Program.

Required Skills

Skills Good oral and written communication skills. Required Education

Education

-High school graduate or equivalent. Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Available for overtime.
  2. Must have mechanical aptitude.
  3. Available to train on different machinery and sets of lines within the department.
  4. Must be able to discern between various color shades.
