DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will engage in advanced skilled work across various trades, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and masonry, focusing on the construction, maintenance, and repair of park facilities and equipment. You will also provide support in the operation of water and sewer plants as necessary. Responsibilities may include contacting vendors for price quotes, calculating supply and equipment costs, estimating the man-hours needed for tasks, and preparing forms for supervisor review and approval.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hour work week Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed, will work 5 days per week. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirements:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
