Job Information

Alphabroder HR Coordinator Bilingual Spanish in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania

To provide support in all areas of Human Resources and to provide advice/counsel to management and staff ensuring the fair and equitable application of HR policies, programs ad procedures. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR Manager to provide HR guidance to all levels of staff, including interpreting company policies, provincial and national legislation and providing guidance regarding HR initiatives

  • Consult with and advise managers on employee issues – performance, progressive discipline and company policy interpretation

  • Act as a front line Human Resources contact for distribution and office employees to resolve issues and related queries

  • Post job openings, screen and interview candidates and assist the lines of business with recruiting

  • Post internal job postings on employee boards

  • Prepare job offer letters and new hire packages

  • Prepare and conduct new hire orientation

  • Assist with Company events

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of distribution center operations and/or call center operations

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Positive, upbeat attitude

  • Able to work flexible schedule

  • Able to work independently

  • Able to work and speak comfortably and effectively in front of groups of employees from various levels as well as strong platform skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency of PC and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate training material

  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner

  • Read, write, speak English

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Previous experience necessary:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
