  • Desempeñar sus funciones siguiendo los criterios de calidad, las normas de seguridad y salud.

  • Realizar las funciones de su puesto atendiendo a los Valores de comportamiento establecidos por la empresa.

  • Trabajar de acuerdo con la normativa GMP.

  • Realizar las tareas propias del departamento de garantia de calidad en lo concerniente a las responsabilidades de Inspección de calidad.

  • Colaborar con el orden y limpieza del área.

  • Realizar la inspección AQL de materiales de acondicionamiento y producto en bulk/intermedio/terminado.

  • Realización de los muestreos de materiales de acondicionamiento y producto en bulk/intermedio/terminado.

  • Elaborar y/o revisar procedimientos propios de actividades calidad.

  • Aprobación/revisión libros de registro del área de fabricacion.

  • Control de la documentación de lote generada y archivo de la misma.

  • Iniciación, investigación y participación en las acciones de los eventos de calidad detectados en el área de fabricacion: resultados fuera de especificaciones (OOS), fueras de tendencias (OOT), desviaciones, controles de cambios (CC), Acciones correctivas y/o preventivas (CAPA), reclamaciones, rechazos, devoluciones y retiradas.

  • Preparación de la documentación necesaria para procesos de registro.

  • Participación en auditorías internas y externas (clientes o autoridades sanitarias competentes) así como visitas que tengan lugar dentro del área de inspección visual.

  • Colaboración para el establecimiento de planes de medidas correctivas y/o preventivas del departamento de garantía de calidad.
