Starting at $21.38/hour base pay, additional compensation provided for higher education and relative experience in the field

Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assrance of quality milieu services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the group home is compliant with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including all Medication Administration Protocols.

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff, run shifts, and assist the Program Director with development of programming for the house. You will have opportunities to interact directly with clients as well as staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Valid DriversLicense

  • Minimum3 yearsofexperience incongregate caresetting, including 2 years in supervisory role required.

  • Must be flexible (schedule wise) in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of theprogram.

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other related field required OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree
