Primary Purpose

Supports Environmental Assistance Program (EAP) on the client's site.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

  • Provides waste management services to clients, including coordinating shipments, completing required paperwork for pick-ups, lab packing, conducting various facility inspections as required; performs sampling, evaluates and provides waste minimization opportunities; sets up brokering arrangements.

  • Maintain a log of waste stored in the waste area and advise when supplies are to be ordered.

  • Schedules and attends client meetings to keep client apprised of operations; prepares reports for client detailing activities.

  • Performs business development activities; participates in presentations to prospective clients and internal management; may develop proposals.

  • May be responsible for project billing and cost tracking operations.

  • Complete Annual manifest reports and RCRA biennial Reports.

  • Proficient in the MMS, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Responds to customer inquiries about Company and Company Services.

    Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent. 40 hour Hazwoper preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in the hazardous waste management industry is required.

    Required: Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record search to company standards.

    Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Thorough knowledge and understanding of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the Environmental Services industry. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

    A post offer drug screen will be required.
