Mick George Waste Transfer Station Manager in Leicestershire, United Kingdom
Job Purpose
To manage the day to day running of the waste transfer station (WTS) to ensure maximum productivity
Responsibilities
To oversee the day to day running of the WTS to maximise production
To manage the site labour to ensure all tasks are completed
To keep accurate records and review staff timesheets
To carry out any other duties relating to the WTS as requested by an Area Manager
To ensure all maintenance checks/tasks are carried out on site plant
Report any plant/machinery defects to the relevant party
Ensure all site H&S requirements are adhered to
To ensure any training requirements are highlighted to line management especially for legislative minimum requirements
Conduct themselves in such a way to not endanger themselves or those around them
Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times as an ambassador of Mick George Group
