What you’ll do:

As a Marketing Content Product Owner, you will play a key role in supporting the PMCC business lines' content marketing requirements and is responsible for on-time delivery, quality, performance and management of product content, documentation, and marketing assets. This requires embracing concepts such as agility, innovation and reinvention that can at times offset the traditional advantages of scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Product Owner translates business requirements into a content marketing and technical documentation Story Map and Product Backlog for a PMCC business line. They consider input from all sources (customers, market research, product managers, Zone Sales Organizations, lead data stewards, peers, leadership) and works with the Scrum team to develop market-oriented content that provides value to customers.

  • You will be an integral part of the Scrum team; they are the custodian of Product Backlog for all content marketing and technical documents relevant to the business line. They ensure that all work items are prioritized, progressing, actionable and up to date.

  • The Product Owner is a key stakeholder in developing all business line market launch plans and is accountable for all marketing LaunchBox assets for New Product Introductions (NPIs). They work closely with the Chief Product Owner (CPO), Field and Segment marketing teams.

  • The Product Owner is key in ensuring that value propositions are communicated clearly and consider the buyer/seller journey frameworks at all times, and all work is valuable to the customer.

  • Supports the entire lifecycle of global prime product content, ensuring appropriate maintenance and management so that reporting is achievable, and content/data is accurately communicated.

Qualifications:

  • BS level degree marketing or related field. Postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • Content marketing expertise, Scrum practices (roles, events, artefacts, User Story Mapping, point estimation), working knowledge of Lean principles.

Skills:

  • Highly organized, efficient communicator, team player with an analytical mindset. English fluent is essential, German is desirable but not essential.
