Health and Safety Coordinator

Salary Range: £23,000 - £26,000 per year

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Health and Safety Coordinator. This position is based in Bardon, Leicestershire, UK.

Let’s Talk about the Role

As our Health and Safety Coordinator, you will support the Health and Safety Advisor with performing admin- based Health and Safety related tasks.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Supporting all DC stakeholders to ensure our ways of working, our culture and our behaviours are compliant with H&S legislation and our high VFC standards.

  • Monitoring of reports submitted through our H&S portal.

  • Preparing and building information and training packs for H&S meetings.

  • Maintaining internal site documents.

  • Reviewing external contractor documentation.

Skills for Success

You should be someone who an interest in health and safety and dealing with the challenges it brings and who has:

  • An enthusiastic attitude to learning about safe welfare for all.

  • Good written and verbal communications skills, and an understanding of how to communicate with different audiences.

  • An excellent team player who is proactive, dynamic and flexible and enjoys a varied workload.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
