Administrator - Credit Control – 5-month Fixed Term Contract

Otis is currently recruiting for Credit Control Administrators on a 5-month fixed term contract basis to work from our Leicester office (Abbey Road, LE4). As the Credit Control Administrator responsibilities will include:
Chasing outstanding debt using telephone, email and standard letters against monthly cash performance targets.
Working closely with our clients and our Branch Network to ensure the resolution of outstanding debt
Allocating all cash that comes in against relevant invoice on our ERP system
Providing administration support to help maximise cash collection and minimise risk
Being central point of contact for all cash related issues
Assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work preventing future disputes arising
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Strong IT skills, with experience of using the Microsoft suite
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good team plater
Customer service experience is an advantage
Experience within a credit control environment would be an advantage
