Administrator - Credit Control – 5-month Fixed Term Contract

The Role

Otis is currently recruiting for Credit Control Administrators on a 5-month fixed term contract basis to work from our Leicester office (Abbey Road, LE4). As the Credit Control Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Chasing outstanding debt using telephone, email and standard letters against monthly cash performance targets.

  • Working closely with our clients and our Branch Network to ensure the resolution of outstanding debt

  • Allocating all cash that comes in against relevant invoice on our ERP system

  • Providing administration support to help maximise cash collection and minimise risk

  • Being central point of contact for all cash related issues

  • Assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work preventing future disputes arising

Skills/Experience required:

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner

  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using the Microsoft suite

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good team plater

  • Customer service experience is an advantage

  • Experience within a credit control environment would be an advantage
