Senior Software Manager
Lehi, Utah / Hybrid
$180-200/year

We are looking for a Senior Software Manager to join our team in a Hybrid role in Lehi. The ideal candidate will be someone that has managed off-shore teams and has done some payments or e-commerce work.
You will be doing:
Lead 2 agile teams to design and build features to delight customers and make sellers more efficient
Coach and mentor engineering and QA direct reports
Build growth targets and goals for your direct reports and help them to realize them
Help scale as the business continues to grow
Work with the scrum master to champion agile development processes and ensure the team embraces continuous improvement
Work toward improving CI/CD and other DevOps principles
Create a positive and safe environment for your team
Work closely with counterparts from other areas of the business
Bring a balance of business and technology as well as tactical and strategic to conversations and decision making
Recruit and onboard new members of your teams
Who are you? You have…
BS in computer science, information systems, business or equivalent experience
Experience managing 10+ software engineer direct reports for at least 3 years
Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing teams
Ability to work in an environment of change and adapt quickly to evolving situations
Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture
Experience working on an e-commerce or other high-transaction web-based product
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a business audience
Experience with modern programming languages Node.JS, React, (Java preferred)
