About The Role
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a part-time Float Relationship Banker to embody our Vision, Purpose and Values as we exceed our customer's expectations. This position will be located in the Utah County branches: American Fork, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Highland, Alpine. The prime candidate for this position is: * Service focused and responsive to customer needs * Committed to excellence * Actively able to cross sell bank products and services to fit customer needs * Able to build relationships with customers and your team * Have the ability to multitask Responsibilities: * Provide stellar customer service to all customers * Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions * Balance cash drawer * Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments * Know and actively cross sell bank products and services * Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions * Assist customers both in person and via phone * Attention to detail The entry rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00; Occasional Saturdays 9:00-1:00. About You
Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma * Customer Service Experience * 18 years and older * Ambitious and Self Motivated * Goal Oriented and Driven to Succeed * Ability to follow up with customers as needed Preferred Qualifications: * 1-year prior banking experience * Cash Handling Experience Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes. #LI-JB1 What We Offer
