Job Title: Account Executive

Status: Full-Time Salaried + Commission

Stannard Broadcasting Co., Inc. is a privately held Louisiana corporation formed in 1977. It conducts business in radio broadcasting, streaming, and online advertising.

The position would require a person to be responsible for growing sales. This position plays a vital role in generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the companys overall success.

We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential advertising clients and businesses to generate new leads and sales opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with future/existing clients, understanding their advertising needs, and proposing effective advertising solution Create compelling and customized advertising packages tailored to client's goals and objectives Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction Manage client's needs regarding updating commercials, managing monthly radio schedules, and monthly budgets

Work Schedule This position is considered salaried, normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Work is both office based and in the field, which would require having your own form of transportation.

Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred but not required Experience in sales, preferably broadcast sales Enthusiasm to grow sales and develop relationships with potential clients Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
