This position is responsible for first-line supervision of staff working in the Towns Department of Community Development - Customer Service Center, as well as complex professional work on a variety of technical, analytical, and research duties related to the land development process. The primary focus is managing front counter services, enforcement and inspections, data analytics, and the Community Development application management system.

Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in planning, architecture, architectural history, design, or a related field and five years progressively responsible experience in planning or development work or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:Masters Degree in Planning, Public Administration, or related field. Bilingual in English/Spanish
