Join our expanding team at Sulzer's Turbo Division, where expertise in Compressors and Turbines is at the forefront of our success. Following substantial growth, we are actively seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to contribute to our committed and thriving environment.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the exemplary standards that define our reputation within the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, repairing (both onshore and offshore), commissioning, and maintaining rotating equipment and ancillary components at client sites.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, removal, repair, dismantling, stripping, and inspections of rotating and ancillary equipment both onshore and offshore.

  • Compile assessments, inspections, and commissioning reports for effective communication with internal and external partners.

  • Follow safety and operational procedures, providing feedback for continual improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with centrifugal compressors, steam turbines or related technologies is preferred.

  • Proficient in the installation, removal, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating equipment

  • Hands-on expertise in onshore and offshore field service operations

  • Strong adherence to industry best practices and safety protocols

  • Ability to navigate technical challenges and deliver effective solutions

  • Commitment to ensuring project success and client satisfaction

  • Focused on maintaining high standards of quality in field work instruction
