At Sulzer’s Pumps Parts Retrofits (PPR) - Leeds, we’re seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Order Processor to play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving company excellence. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment within a global organization.

As a Spare Parts Order Processor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and company success. You will have overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but notlimited to financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responsible for overall project profitability and accountability.

  • Thoroughly review all incoming orders for commercial and technical accuracy.

  • Input relevant order details into our SAP system.

  • Prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements whenever possible.

  • Ensure timely issuance of spares control documentation within PPR.

  • Monitor the progress of each spares order from receipt to dispatch.

  • Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to implement process improvements.

  • Handle warranties resulting from parts orders.

  • Export Control Compliance: Perform necessary export control checks for each order.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • You should have experience in contract negotiation and supplier/customer management within an engineering/manufacturing setting.

  • Be a confident negotiator who can find win-win solutions.

  • Strong Focus on building strong relationships to deliver exceptional results.

  • Understand business dynamics and contribute to commercial success.

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
