We\'re hiring a part-time or full-time Farmer\'s Market Sales Associate to attend local farmers\' markets in Berkshire County three days a week from May to September to sell High Lawn Farm products. The best candidate for this position is friendly and personable with ample customer service experience, is passionate about artisanal products, and is organized. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Gathering all necessary Farmers Market supplies and products - Driving to and from the Farmer\'s Market venue - Setting up and taking down - Informing customers about products and the farm - Working POS system, handling cash - Maintaining and cleaning Farmers Market supplies (tables, coolers, tablecloths, etc) REQUIREMENTS Applicants are required to have a valid driver\'s license, previous customer service experience, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: Hourly wage is based on experience. Plus, tips! Benefits include employee discounts and weekly milk stipends. We have both year-round and seasonal positions available. Additionally, we have both part-time and full-time shifts available. The Farmstead Creamery shop is currently open 7 days a week from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (with extended hours in the summer). Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
