Description

Kimberly Casey is seeking an Administrative/Accounting Specialist to join a well-established company in Lebanon, OR. As the Administrative/Accounting Specialist, you would be responsible for processing AP, AR, payroll, along with general administrative and human resources support tasks. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and supports a small office location but will be a part of a broader accounting team with headquarters in the EST time zone. If you're interested in becoming a critical part of an innovative Construction/Contractor company, and you are excited to be mentored and grow your skills, then this Administrative/Accounting Specialist position might be a great role for you!

Requirements

  • Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

  • Human resources support experience desired

  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing experience required

  • Administrative/Office Assistance experience required

  • Payroll experience desired

  • Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation

  • Spreadsheet and database capabilities

  • Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Recent and relevant accounting experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics desired, but not required with equivalent experience
